The following steps need to be completed to transfer.
1) An A-2 Service Agreement must be completed and signed by the Assignee (Purchaser).

2) Exhibit 1 must be completed (page 4 of A-2 Service Agreement).
3) Submit both the A-2 Service Agreement and Exhibit 1 to TransmissionServices@misoenergy.org

4) Submit transfer in OASIS.
Note: If this isn't a new resale service or partial transfer, confirm the A-2 Service Agreement is on file. Then submit Exhibit 1 to the MISO Help Center. Missing either document will delay processing.
