Views:
1) Log in to the MISO Help Center. 
2) Click Support, then select Open a New Case. 

3) Select an Account prior to selecting a Case Category.
IMPORTANT: Don't see an Account listed in the dropdown? Review the following knowledge article: KA-01278.

4) Select Case Category: JTIQ Formula Rates.
5) Select Type: Use drop-down to select appropriate type. 
6) Select Rate Year. 

Optional fields are JTIQ Portfolio and JTIQ Upgrade. 

7) Click Submit.
