Can a Market Participant (MP) transact Financial Transmission Rights (FTRs) through sub-accounts?

A MP can have several Asset Owners (AOs) (sometimes also referred as ‘sub-accounts’) and FTRs can be traded by each AO. All AOs under a parent MP can see each other’s transactions (bid/offers) and awards. However, the charges and credits of asset owners will be separated in the settlement statements. If an MP wants to keep FTR auction activity confidential amongst it ‘sub-accounts’, then it must do so by creating different parent MPs.
FTR Market Portal access is granted to the parent account (MP). Access to the portal is not granted by AO.
