MISO provides transmission outage information on the MISO OASIS page in the 2308 Planned Outage Report and the 2309 Real Time Outage Report. The 2308 report is based off of the MISO CROW Outage Scheduling System and reflects the best information MISO has of what equipment will be on outage in the future. The 2309 report is based on QKNET (pronounced “Quick Net”) and is the best information available for real time transmission outages. These reports will not always align. MISO is unable to comment further on outages in these reports with the public.
