As a result of MISO’s response to FERC Docket No. EL23-46-000, the system-wide UCAP/ISAC conversion ratio will be updated. This ratio is used to determine Schedule 53 resource’s Seasonal Accredited Capacity (SAC).
The following ratios will be used for the upcoming 23-24 Planning Year:

The drivers for the ratio changes include:
· Reflecting the restoration of inadvertently lost Generator Planned Outage (“Outage”) exemptions
· Incorporating fulfilled GVTC test extensions for resources not included in the original Dec 15 ratio
· Refreshing the list of resources qualifying for Schedule 53
MISO plans on updating Schedule 53 SAC values in the MECT by COB Friday, March 31.
