Each transmission owner has a dedicated page on the MISO Transmission Owner Rate Data Page to fulfill their FERC-required public posting obligations under the Attachment O Formula Rate Protocols. These pages include contact information used by interested parties to submit inquiries, data requests, or informal challenges during the annual public review period. Updated TO contact information requires submitting a support case through the MISO Help Center.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to the MISO Help Center
- If you do not yet have an account, you can request one through the Help Center Login page.
2. Open a New Case
- Navigate to the My Support tab
- Select Open a New Case
3. Choose the Case Form
- Choose Account: Select the appropriate account
- Category: Select Attachment O Formula Rates
- Type: Select Update TO Rate Data Page
4. Provide Required Information
- Enter the updated contact details or the revised link you wish to publish.
5. Submit the Case
- Once submitted, the MISO team will process the update and apply changes to your TO Rate Data page.
