How to Access MTEP Portal

1) Navigate to https://help.misoenergy.org
2) Click Sign-In. 

If you do not have an account, click Contact Us. 

Fill out the Request Help Center Access form and enter the code at the bottom.
Click Submit. 


You will receive an email with an invitation code. Go back to the Sign In screen and click Redeem invitation tab. Enter invitation code and click Register. 

You will be prompted to create a password. Once complete, click Register. 

You will return to the Help Center and login. You will see the MTEP tabs at the top of the screen. 

You must have a login to the MISO Help Center in order to access the portal. If you don't have an account, the following knowledge article explains how to get one. KA-01474 Once, you have MISO Help Center access, you will need to contact your LSA to provision Submit/Edit Access to the MTEP Portal. 

Access to the MTEP Portal will be provisioned through your Local Security Administrator through the Contact Management Tool. 

If you don't know your LSA, you can submit a ticket to the MISO Help Center.
