Each year by May 1, Transmission Owners must submit populated versions of their applicable FERC approved Formula Rate Templates, along with supporting workpapers used to calculate their Annual Transmission Revenue Requirement (ATRR), MISO must review these ATRRs before they are included in MISO Transmission Rates.

How do I submit Attachment O data to MISO for Annual Review?
SOLUTION
You must be logged into the MISO Help Center to submit Attachment O materials for your account(s). Once logged in:
- Click the My Support in the upper righthand corner. This will display cases submitted for each Account that you are associated with.
- Select Open a New Case
- Choose the appropriate Account from the drop-down list.
- Select Category: Attachment O Formula Rates
- Select Type: Submit Data for Annual Update Cycle
- Select Change Type: Projection or True-Up (applies only to Forward-looking Transmission Owners)
- Choose applicable Rate Year from drop-down list. (Note: this is the year the ATRR gets implemented in rates, necessarily the year of the underlying financial data)
- Enter any additional information in the Description field
- Click Submit
After the case is created, you may upload documents directly to the case. A confirmation email will be sent to the individual who submitted the case.
