ICCP updates cannot be effective dated, at a given time we can have only one set if ICCP ID’s can be mapped to a resource in SCADA. So until the new set of measurements are provided by the new provider are tested ( open loop) and we have a BCI/ICCP update scheduled MISO will not be able to make the switch from the current telemetry provider to the new telemetry provider. So the current provider will continue to respond for all market telemetry for the units until the switch can happen, so in other words the Ad-Hoc asset transfer date is indicative of only the asset transfer in the commercial model not necessarily ICCP provider itself.
MISO’s ICCP update schedule usually happens Mid-Month but can vary due to GRID conditions.
