Status of a pending Schedule 2 case


QUESTION

I submitted a Help Center case for Schedule 2 revenue, and it is still open; however, I haven’t seen activity.  How do I know what’s happening?


SOLUTION
Case status can be viewed in the Help Center > My Support > My Open Cases.  Status Reason will indicate what status the case is in.  Status of “New” or “In Progress” generally indicates the case is being worked by MISO personnel.  A status of “Waiting on Customer” indicates that MISO is waiting on additional materials/information from the case opener and cannot proceed until additional materials are provided. 

By clicking on the case number, the user can see details of the case.  Scroll to the bottom of the page to the timeline to review correspondence from MISO regarding outstanding information.
