Cannot select Schedule 2 as a Case Type when opening a case in the Help Center


QUESTION

I need to open a Schedule 2 case, but there is no option to select Schedule 2 from any dropdown.  Why?


SOLUTION
As defined in the BPM for Market Registration, a change request to add Schedule 2 compensation must be executed by: (1) General Contact, (2) Authorized Contact, (3) Officer of the company, or (4) Mayor of a City or Municipality.

If the option to select Schedule 2 -Reactive Power is not available at Category: Supplemental Registration > Type: Schedule 2 Reactive Power, you are not identified as eligible within the MISO Help Center. 

If you believe that you should be listed as (1) General Contact, (2) Authorized Contact, (3) Officer of the company, or (4) Mayor of a City or Municipality, please open a
General case in the MISO Help Center. A Client Services representative will review the case.
