Entities reentering as a Market Participant (MP)
- A new Entity Code is required to participate in the MISO market. Unfortunately, your old one cannot be re-used.
- MISO systems are built on the premise that every MP has a unique Entity Code, even if they should return to the market. * * Our database does not allow for re-activation and it will not allow us to create another instance of the entity code.
- MISO Entity Codes cannot exceed 4 characters
- The Market Participant Entity Code must be registered (and in approved status) in OATI WebRegistry.
