A Market Participant may submit a Settlements Dispute for any Settlements discrepancy through the MISO Help Center. The Market Participant must 
have the role of a General Contact, Authorized Contact or Market Billing role in order to submit the dispute. Please sign-in and select
My Support, click on ‘Create a Case’ and select the Category ‘Settlement Dispute’.  Please provide all required details and a detailed description of 
the discrepancy. If the discrepancy spans multiple Operating Days and/or Resources, please submit a separate dispute for each Operating Day and/or Resource. 

Settlements statements for an Operating Day are issued 7, 14, 55, and 105 days after the Operating Day.  Many Market Participants use shadow 
calculation software to check the MISO Settlements statements.  Any discrepancy or concerns should be directed to Market Settlements for further review.
