A CPNode may become disconnected from the system due to a transmission system outage. When that happens, no transactions, physical or virtual, can clear at that location. However, the disconnected, or "dead", node still receives a price, as required by the MISO Tariff. Contact Client Relations to verify whether a particular node was disconnected.
