Follow these steps to change your Meter Data Management Agent information:

  1. Log into the Market Portal
  2. Click on “MDMA Change of Information” on the Metering Data tile
Add New MDMA Agent:
  1. From the MDMA Change of Information page, select "Update Metering Agent Contacts"
  2. From the Contact Information Update screen, select "Add a New Contact"
  3. Fill out the Contact Information form and select a Contact Type
  4. Click "Save"
  5. Click "Home" to return to the "change of information" page where you will see the updated list of MDMA contacts
Update MDMA Agent Information:
  1. From the MDMA Change of Information page, select "Update Metering Agent Contacts"
  2. From the Contact Information Update screen, select "Update Metering Agent Contacts"
  3. Select the name that needs to be updated or deleted
  4. Use the form to update MDMA contact details appropriately 
  5. Click "Save"
  6. Click "Home" to return to the "change of information" page where you will see the updated list of MDMA contacts
Inactivate MDMA Agent:
  1. From the MDMA Change of Information page, select "Update Metering Agent Contacts"
  2. From the Contact Information Update screen, select "Update Metering Agent Contacts"
  3. Select the name that needs to be updated or deleted
  4. Click "Inactivate" and then verify the deactivation request on the following screen
  5. Click "Save"
  6. Click "Home" to return to the "change of information" page where you will see the updated list of MDMA contacts
You may click "Cancel" at anytime to cancel the add/update/inactivation request.
